Patrick Concannon
Chef-Owner & Executive Chef
Chef Patrick Concannon's culinary journey began in 1984 at the renowned Gordon restaurant in Chicago. His passion for the craft took him across the globe — from the sun-kissed shores of Maui to the culinary capital of France, then to San Francisco and Newport Beach, California. Along the way, he had the privilege of working alongside culinary legend Charlie Trotter in Chicago, where he honed his skills and refined his vision.
In 2008, Patrick opened Ottimo Ristorante with a clear philosophy: simple, rustic Italian food prepared with the highest quality, fresh ingredients. His approach is straightforward yet profound — let exceptional ingredients speak for themselves. Every dish at Ottimo reflects this commitment to authenticity and quality.
